Items that are DOT restricted, including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via UPS Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation. DOT restricted items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or international customers.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually the same day but always within 24 hours on normal business days. Once submitted, orders cannot be canceled.
To ensure the fastest delivery, we will process all orders as soon as possible with in-stock inventory. Any backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional shipping cost to you. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you can receive a confirmation email ([email protected]).
Heat Sensitive Shipping Policy
Products requiring shipment in a cool environment (perishable and frozen items) are subject to special shipping procedures due to their sensitive nature to ensure customers receive products in good condition. Happy Bodies recommends that heat sensitive products ship with overnight delivery. Heat sensitive products ordered after shipping cutoff time on Thursday or on Friday will be shipped out Monday when overnight delivery is requested. Heat sensitive items are not eligible for return credit. If overnight delivery is required, please contact Happy Bodies in advance of your order so that we can ensure we do everything to try to meet your requirements.

HappyBodies.com offers FREE ground shipping on all merchandise orders of at least $99 to all 50 United States. Free shipping applies to orders over $99 after discounts are taken. All other U.S. orders ship at a flat rate per order of $8.49 unless otherwise specified. Shipping offers are subject to change without notice. Other shipping options may be offered and are the choice of the purchaser to select the preferred method at checkout.

Orders shipping outside the USA often require products to be shipped to a U.S. based consolidation point before being forwarded to the shipping address on your order. This time can range from 2-4 days. During that time or during transit, orders are not eligible for cancellation. International shipping addresses must match the billing address. Happy Bodies will not assume responsibility for any tariffs, duties, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and it is your responsibility to check with your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products on your order to your country. If for any reason the package is seized by customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition and within a reasonable amount of time (at the discretion of Happy Bodies.) If the package is returned to us by customs officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES: To obtain the shipping cost for international orders, please add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout in order to see the shipping charge. You will not be asked to enter your payment information until after you are presented with the exact shipping amount.
CANADA: We offer First Class U.S. Postal Service to Canada in addition to the standard international options. Weight restrictions apply. Only the available options will be shown at the time of checkout. Please note that First Class service can be very slow, and we cannot estimate delivery or insure these shipments. If you select this option, you will be responsible for claims or loss. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.
