Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully check every item before shipping, and we give extra care to our packaging to make sure every item arrives safely. If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased through our site, you may return the unopened item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Exceptions apply for perishable items, opened products or other. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without authorization will not be accepted.

A handling fee (20% of the original purchase price) will be assessed on all returns except those due to a shipping error or damage. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Happy Bodies®.

If you would like to facilitate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the item, purchase date and reason for return. If approved,

-Merchandise must be returned in its original, unopened packaging and in a like-new condition.
-We will provide a return authorization number and return information.
-The return authorization number must be marked on the outside box.

We will not accept COD deliveries. Because Happy Bodies® cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping, we strongly recommend adding insurance to your parcels.

As soon as your returned item is received in our office, we will process and issue a credit to the credit card used for purchase.
