A. Yes, the product is fine provided it arrived within the customary time frame. We include ice packs to keep the product cool for a portion of the transit time, but thawing is natural. Heat sensitive products can be exposed to high temps over short periods of time. Cold packs are included in these shipments to keep the product at at least room temp for the greatest amount of time.
Q. How do I store my heat sensitive product?
A. To maintain the maximum potency, refrigerate the heat sensitive product as soon you receive it.
Q. Can I return a heat sensitive product?
A. Heat sensitive items are perishable and therefore not returnable.
