Buffered Vitamin C provides macrominerals calcium, magnesium
and potassium carbonates which become mineral ascorbates in
solution with a buffered, alkalinizing action (pH 6.8 in water).
Mixed into liquid, Buffered Vitamin C makes a sparkling, effervescent

In addition to its hefty content of ascorbic acid, our buffered vitamin C also supplies potassium, calcium and magnesium at approximately one half the RDI per level teaspoon. Due to its generous complement of calcium, supplementation with Buffered C may be desirable for individuals who do not regularly consume dairy products.
As a dietary supplement, 1 heaping teaspoon or more in 8 to 12
ounces of liquid, between meals, or as directed by a healthcare
practitioner. Two teaspoons supply approximately the recommended
dietary allowances of calcium and magnesium.
