You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day or more quickly. Our shipping charges are based on the most comon carriers' rates (excluding applicable customs taxes and duties for international orders*). On occasion a shipping method may be substituted for another shipping method. Shipping charges and special offers or promotions apply to a single shipping destination.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $149.00 for shipping destinations within the continental United States. Bulk and heavy items may carry special handling fees where noted.
When your purchase is made with a credit card or other payment method, the billing address and the shipping address must both be within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.
Delivery Times: Orders shipped to the U.S. can be expected within 2 to 7 business days when shipped ground. For quicker delivery, overnight shipping services are available. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Happy Bodies is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
PO Boxes and military addresses: United States Postal Service (USPS) is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. However, please note that for those orders for which USPS does not offer remote tracking of parcels, once they've left our warehouse we cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages.
Water Ionizers: Ground shipping is free for purchases of any complete unit of Alkaline Water Ionizer, excluding the Alkapod (portable). Standard rates apply to the Alkapod model.
Shipping Days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within one business day and often the same day. Orders received Saturday and Sunday are processed by close of business Monday.
Backorders: To ensure the fastest delivery, we will process all orders as soon as possible with our in-stock inventory. Any back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional shipping cost to you. If an item on your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you can receive a confirmation email (info@happybodies.com).
Exceptions: Items that are DOT restricted, including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped in accordance with the Department of Transportation. DOT restricted items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or international customers.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, For orders outside the U.S.
Payment Method/Shipping Address: Shipping address must match the credit card billing address in order for your order to be processed. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the same country. First time orders with international addresses may take an additional 2 business days to process in order for Happy Bodies to verify the payment method/addresses.
Shipping and Delivery: We ship from multiple warehouses. Sometimes your items may need to be shipped to a single shipping point in order to be consolidated into one shipment. Please allow up to an additional week to ship to your international destination in the event we need to consolidate your order.
Customs, Duties, Taxes: Orders sent outside the continental United States reflect shipping and handling costs to the destination country and DO NOT include duties, taxes or any other levies or regulations imposed by the destination country. Duties and taxes are set by your country's customs service and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Happy Bodies neither collects these fees, nor quotes their actual costs. You are to pay import fees, duties and taxes, if any, to the responsible party. Please check with your country's customs service for information on quantity restrictions and prohibited ingredients. We take no responsibility for items not cleared by customs or confiscated by them.
Important International Information:
- We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs official if you have any questions.
- Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and it is your responsibility to check with the appropriate officials to see if your country permits the shipment of products into your country.
- If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all the products are returned to us in their original condition and within a reasonable amount of time as determined by Happy Bodies. (Some items have shorter expiration dates.) If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges and restocking fees.
- Shipping to other countries can be very expensive. Shipping charges alone are frequently 50% to 100% of the total cost of the products.
Orders to Canada: If you live in Canada and order supplements to be shipped to Canada, please phone Canada Customs Inspection at (604) 666-3498, or 1-800-267-9675 to speak with one of their inspection officers, and find out if the supplements you plan on purchasing are allowed in Canada.
