You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

The shipping is free for purchases of any complete unit of Alkaline Water Ionizer. 

Shipping Days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
 
Items that are DOT restricted, including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via UPS Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation. DOT restricted items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or international customers.
 
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you can receive a confirmation email (info@happybodies.com).
 
Backorders: To ensure the fastest delivery, we will process all orders as soon as possible with our in-stock inventory.  Any back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional shipping cost to you.
 
Processing Time: Orders received before 1 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (4 p.m. Eastern) are processed the same day. Orders received after 1 p.m. PST (4 p.m. EST) are processed the next business day. Orders received Saturday and Sunday are processed by close of business Monday.
 
Domestic Delivery Time – Standard Shipping: Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 1 to 4 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 4 - 6 business days. For quicker delivery, guaranteed overnight and 2-day shipping services are available. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Happy Bodies is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
 
United States Postal Service (USPS) is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses; however, please note that USPS does not offer remote tracking of parcels once they've left our warehouse. Therefore, we cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS. Be advised that the USPS confirmation number you receive from Happy Bodies is only used to verify when a parcel has been delivered and is not used to track packages en route. We highly recommend UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air for all qualifying domestic addresses.


INTERNATIONAL& APO/AP/FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

For orders outside the U.S, excluding Canada and Mexico, please email us at info@happybodies.com with the items you would like to purchase, excluding vitamins.  We will email you back with the total for your order including shipping.

Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) is unavailable at this time. Also HappyBodies.com does not ship to APO/AP/FPO addresses.
For U.S. orders and shipping, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.
For Canadian and Mexican orders and shipping, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address in Canada/Mexico. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in Canada/Mexico.

  • We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
  • Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and unfortunanately we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
  • If for any reason if the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges.
  • Shipping to other countries can be very expensive. Shipping charges alone are frequently 50% to 100% of the total cost of the products.
  • You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.

If you live in Canada and order supplements to be shipped to Canada, please phone Canada Customs Inspection at (604) 666-3498, or 1-800-267-9675 to speak with one of their inspection officers, and find out if the supplements you plan on purchasing are allowed in Canada.
Orders to Mexico:
If you live in Mexico and order supplements to be shipped to Mexico, please phone Mexicos  Customs Inspection to speak with one of their inspection officers, and find out if the supplements you plan on purchasing are allowed in Mexico.
