Carlson Salmon Oil is extracted from salmon found in deep-unpolluted waters of Norway. The GLA is derived from Blackcurrant seed oil.

Ingredients per 2 Soft Gels:
Vitamin E (as d-Alpha tocopherol) 20 iu

Omega-3 Fatty Acids (from salmon oil) 310 mg consisting of:
EPA (Eicsapentanoic Acid) 155 mg
DHA (Decosahexaeonic Acid) 125 mg

Omega-6 Fatty Acids (from Blackcurrant seed oil) 40 mg consisting of:
GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid) 40mg

Other Ingredients: Soft Gel Shell: Beef gelatin, glycerin, water.

Suggested Use:
Take two or more soft gels daily, at mealtime.
