ACHES AND PAINS

It is often children complain of aches and pains due to anything from a toothache to an accident .  Nevertheless, these can be treated with the proper herbal remedies from Gaia Herbs and Herb PharmBoneset, for instance, is a great remedy for such conditions.  Drinking a hot infusion of the herb can make the condition bearable even during the worst cases of flu.  The only downside to this herb is it's bitter taste, which obviously no child can relish.  Try adding a little liquid stevia to it to sweeten the taste without added sugar.  You can purchase stevia in many flavors.

As alternatives to boneset, there are peppermint, elder flower and linden.  These herbal remedies have the same effect for aches and pains, however less potent than boneset.  But with their more pleasant taste, children suffering from pains accompanied by mild fever can sail through the sickness swimmingly with these natural remedies.
