Click on the order number for the shipment that you would like to track and a detailed order information page will be displayed. A tracking number is located to the right of the ship-to address and under the shipping method. Click on this number to view detailed tracking information on the USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping sites. You can review the tracking history and the estimated date of delivery. For USPS, please estimate 2 - 3 business days from the time your order has been shipped.

From raw material selection through manufacturing, to shipping of the finished product, Happy Bodies® has strict quality control standards. We make quality control a top priority so our customers are assured of receiving potent and effective nutritional supplements with every order.

Manufacturer Selection

Happy Bodies® uses the same high standards for choosing the manufacturers of their supplements as they do for raw material selection.  Happy Bodies® uses only manufacturers who follow FDA proposed Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). By choosing to use only these manufacturers, Happy Bodies® can assure our products are consistently of great quality.

All the manufacturers chosen are inspected by the Happy Bodies® before they are approved to produce any products. They are also periodically audited to ensure they are consistently following the guidelines of the FDA proposed GMPs. All manufacturers must also agree to full and open disclosure and to supply Happy Bodies® with a list of their Standard Operating Procedures.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully check every item before shipping, and we give extra care to our packaging to make sure every item arrives safely.

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site, you may return the unopened item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without authorization will not be accepted. A handling fee (10% of the original purchase price) will be assessed on all returns except those due to a shipping error or damage. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Happy Bodies®.

If you would like to facilitate a return, please email us at info@happybodies.com with the item, purchase date and reason for return. We will provide a Return Authorization Number.  Merchandise must be returned in its original, unopened packaging and in a like-new condition. The Return Authorization Number must be marked on the outside box. We will not accept COD deliveries. Because Happy Bodies® cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping, we strongly recommend adding insurance to your parcels.

Sales Tax

Happy Bodies® is required to charge 8.25% sales tax in the state of California.  No sales tax is added to orders in any other state in the U.S., nor to orders from outside the U.S

Happy Bodies® is a Secure Site.  We use secure servers that utilize the industry's leading Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL is state-of-the-industry technology that allows for a secure and safe purchase transaction.
We use an outside shipping company to ship orders and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. We ensure these companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

HappyBodies.com offers FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $75 and over (excluding taxes) to all 48 contiguous United States. *Free shipping applies to orders over $75 after discounts are taken.

The shipping is free for purchases of any complete unit of Alkaline Water Ionizer.

Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) is unavailable at this time. Also HappyBodies.com does not ship to APO/AP/FPO addresses.
For U.S. orders and shipping, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.
For Canadian and Mexican orders and shipping, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address in Canada/Mexico. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in Canada/Mexico.

• We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
• Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and unfortunanately we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
• If for any reason if the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges.
• Shipping to other countries can be very expensive. Shipping charges alone are frequently 50% to 100% of the total cost of the products.
• You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.
