TOXIC METAL ELIMINATION DIET

 

 

Breakfast (Choose one)

 

 

• 2 egg omelette made with sautéed onions and fresh garlic, 1 small potato chopped and sautéed in 1 tsp. of butter, 8 oz. glass of milk

• 1 cup oatmeal cooked with 1 egg, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds, 1 banana, green tea

• 4 oz. cottage cheese, 1 tsp. flaxseed oil, ½ cup strawberries
 

Lunch (Choose one)

• Chicken (4-6 oz.) and broccoli stir-fry over ½ cup cooked brown rice

• 4 oz. sliced turkey and 2 oz. cheddar cheese made into chef salad with olive oil & vinegar dressing

• 8 medium shrimp cooked in garlic and olive oil, cold asparagus salad with balsamic vinegar
 

Dinner (Choose one)

• Cooked cabbage stuffed with ground veal or pork with brown rice and turmeric, tossed salad, 1 tsp. flax oil, vinegar

• 6 oz. salmon, 1 baked sweet potato, 1 tsp. butter or flax oil, brussels sprouts

• 4 oz. filet mignon, ½ cup mashed potato, cooked dandelion greens
 

Snack Choices:

Handful of olives • organic raw nuts • boiled egg • 1 raw fruit • raw vegetables such as celery, carrot, peppers, and broccoli • rice cake with almond or cashew butter • shrimp with cocktail sauce • pumpkin seeds • yogurt with flaxmeal.
