Nutmeg extract (seed) 10mg
Cinnamon extract (bark) 6.3mg
European angelica extract (root) 5mg
Coriander extract (fruit) 3.4mg
Clove extract (Flower bud) 3mg

Directions: 7-10 drops 3-4 times daily before meals and at bedtime.
