Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetarian capsule).
Free of added sugar, starch, salt, wheat, gluten,
corn, coloring, dairy products, flavoring or preservatives.

SUGGESTED USAGE:
During the first three weeks, take one capsule per day before breakfast with plenty of fluids. Increase by one capsule at two-to-three week intervals. Maximum dose is six to seven capsules per day.
