Suggested Use: To support cognitive function and diminish the buildup of cellular and skin aging pigments, start with three to six capsules daily in divided doses and gradually increase to six to twelve capsules daily.*
Caution: DMAE may cause headache and/or muscle tightness in some people, which usually resolves with reduced dosage. DMAE is not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women.
