SUGGESTED USAGE:
Adults: Take 1 to 5 capsules per day preferably with food.
Children: Take 1 capsule per day with food or as directed by your physician.
WARNINGS:
DMAE may cause headache and/or muscle tightness in some people, which usually resolves with reduced dosage. DMAE is not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women.
