Ingredients: Omega-3 fish oil [fish (anchovy, cold, salmon, sardine, tuna)], gelatin, glycerin, purified water, natural lemon flavor, rosemary ascorbyl palmitate and mixed tocopherols. Contains: fish (anchovy, cod, salmon, sardine, tuna).

Directions: This formula is recommended for children 4 of age an older. Swallow or chew 1 softgel twice daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Chewed softgel may swallowed or expelled. For children under 4 years, Balanced EPA-DHA liquid is recommended.

Caution: Not for use in children under 4 years of age. If pregnant or nursing, or taking medication--including blood thinning medications--consult your healthcare pracitioner before use. Do not use before surgery. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage: Keep tightly closed in a cool dry place.

Formulated to exclude: Wheat, gluten, corn, dairy products, nuts, tree nuts, colors, artificial sweeteners and preservatives.
