Ingredients:
N-Acetyl D-Glucosamine 500 mg
Sodium Alginate (from Laminaria kelp) 400 mg
Bladderwrack Seaweed (Fucus) 200 mg
Larch Arabinogalactan 200 mg
Gum Tragacanth (from Astragalus spp.) 100 mg
N-Acetyl Cysteine 100 mg

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (kosher, vegetable source, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, preservative-free, from capsule shell) magnesium trisilicate, natural silica and magnesium stearate.

Suggested use:
2 capsules 2-3 times daily with meals.
