Chelated Zinc 30 mg 100 tabs

Ingredients:
Each tablet supplies 30 mg of zinc from 150 mg of zinc glycinate chelate, which provides 200% of the U.S. recommended daily allowance for adults and children 12 or more years of age. Also includes plant cellulose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide. Tablet color variations naturally occur.

Other Ingredients: Plant cellulose, stearic acid, carob

Suggested use:
Take one tablet daily, at mealtime for dietary supplementation. Keep bottle tightly closed.

This zinc is chelated with glycine (an important amino acid in human nutrition) by the patented Albion process. Chelation is a very absorbable type of mineral bonding found in natural foods.
