Suggested Use: For adult, add 3 grams (one tablespoon) into warm water as tea, 2 to 3 times a day or as directed by your health practitioner

Action and Indication: This formula unblocks the three stages of Yang; calms the Spirit. It is used to help a person who has problems in all three stages of the Yang condition. Related symptoms are: vertigo; sensation of fullness in the chest; sensation of heaviness in the entire body; difficult to rotate trunk; habitual insomnia; difficulty in urination; mild constipation; irritability; delirious speech; palpitation; nervousness in children; mental instability; hysteria; startled easily; night terror. Tongue is usually red with a slippery coating. Pulse is usually wiry, rapid.
