Ingredients: Cymbopogon cit. (West Indian lemongrass) O, Euphrasia str. (eyebright) W, Glycyrrhiza gla. (licorice) O, Urtica dio. (stinging nettle) W, Crataegus spp. (hawthorn) O, and Hibiscus sab. (hibiscus) O.

Suggested Use: Boil one cup of water in a covered kettle. Add 1 heaping teaspoon of tea. Cover and gently simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain and drink as is or sweeten with a bit of honey. Suggested dosage is 3 or more cups per day or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
